Oh Wormie Boy, the Hive, the Hive is calling
From Earth to Mars, and in the Scarlet Keep
Oryx is gone, and all the Thralls are dying
It's you, it's you must go and I must sleep

But come ye back, for we are paracausal
And by Sword Logic you must always grow
So you'll be here when I am just a fossil
Oh Wormie Boy, Oh Wormie Boy I love you so

And when you come and all the Knights are dying
If I am dead, as dead I well may be
You'll come and find the place where I am lying
And sing once more my viral song for me

And I shall hear, and thus begin an aftermath
So my revenge shall even sweeter be
For you will send my greetings to Xivu Arath
And I shall sleep until Immaru comes to me

I thought that maybe some dog had a vitamin overdose or something, but it was neon-yellow spraypaint in the snow to mark utility lines.

Apparently I dreamed up an online board game about other powers preying upon Austria.  This description bears some resemblance to Maria,(https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/40354/maria)
a game about the War of the Austrian Succession which I have not played.

And rone, you were there too!

The preceding has not been a paid advertisement for https://en.boardgamearena.com,
which hosts hundreds of non-imaginary board games.

I suppose that some percentage of this weirdness is genetic:

I am a cavegnome!  And I went to my reward with 4077970 points, having never successfully cast a spell.  I would have maxed out my attributes though, if a titan hadn't disintegrated my +5 helm of brilliance.  13 intelligence is pretty good for a cavegnome, right?

My ability to do math may be slightly inpaired by the late hour, but here is direct evidence of the Not That Long Ago Effect:  "Thirty years ago, after the USSR came to an end..."  "1971?  That can't be right.  I must have forgotten to borrow a one.  1981's not right either.  But that means... 1991 was thirty years ago!"

"Black Widow" passes early, with a brief conversation between Alexei and Dreykov about a MacGuffin.  Alexei later talks a little bit with his arm-wrestling buddies and guards too.  That's... maybe it?

"Fuzzy Robe Dad... He's got a knife!"

Do any of you remember this song that popped into my head this morning?

"They played jump rope, but the rope, it broke.
So they just sat around telling knock-knock jokes..."
